Pillow insert is not very good

I just received my order of 2 faux Linen pillows. I LOVE the pillow cover. I'm very dissatisfied with the pillow insert. They are too small for the cover, the sides and corners are empty. They have no density, no support. I wanted and expected a thicker pillow that would provide beauty AND support for a head or back. These pillow inserts do not. I will keep the covers and purchase better inserts for them.

Too soft

The insert with the velvet cover is too soft. OK for display only. So support at all if used for your back when sitting on the sofa
