30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, customers are responsible for providing equivalent packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Return Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to reasons such as incorrect size, color, quality, change of mind, or purchasing elsewhere, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping fees and handling charges from the initial order will not be refunded.

  • Company-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Please clearly mark your return confirmation number on the outside of the package or on a piece of paper inside the package to expedite the processing of your return. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note, during peak holiday and promotional periods, this timeframe may be extended slightly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If an item is found to be used, washed, or unsuitable for resale, it will not be eligible for a refund, and we will reship the item back to the original address provided.
