1. How long does it take to ship my order?
Under normal circumstances, we ship orders within 24 hours on business days. During peak sales events, processing times may vary due to increased order volume, but we always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Phantoscope primarily uses FedEx or UPS for shipping. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
3. What is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. And we provide Free Shipping On Orders Over $50.

4. I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
A: If the package has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to change your shipping address.
B: If the package has already been shipped, we can help you request a reroute if your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once the reroute takes effect, it may cause you to incur an additional fee.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
After your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
